Who handles your information

Information and purpose
We process the name, email, delivery details, optional contact number and notes you submit to respond to your request and, if accepted, perform the contract. Essential session data protects the cart and prevents duplicate or fraudulent requests. Security processing is based on legitimate interests; contractual processing is necessary for your request. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Unconverted order requests and their contact details are kept for 90 days, support correspondence for 730 days and security logs for 30 days. Confirmed transactions are retained only for applicable accounting, tax or legal obligations; that exception is restricted to the records and period the law actually requires, not all browsing or support data.
Access, correction and deletion
Email [email protected] from the address used for your request, with your order reference if available. We verify identity proportionately and complete deletion within 21 calendar days unless a specific legal obligation requires retention. We explain any exception and restrict its use; do not send identity or bank documents through the public form. You may also request access, correction, restriction or portability where applicable and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Recipients and complaints
Only people and service providers needed for hosting, support, payment handling and delivery receive the necessary information; checkout does not automatically send it to a bank or carrier. Any international transfer requires a lawful safeguard. Privacy concerns may be raised with the Colorado Attorney General: https://coag.gov/file-complaint/
The contents of an order record
A saved request includes the selected grass seed and garden sprinklers, exact SKU, quantities, price summary and request reference as well as the contact details you provide. Notes should contain only information needed to answer the request. Do not include passwords, identity documents, full bank statements or card details. For a product question, a model name and relevant measurements are normally enough; information about other household members is not required.
From a request to fulfilment
Before acceptance, we use your information to check the selection and prepare a manual offer. If the offer proceeds, the necessary details support payment reconciliation, dispatch and after-sales service. Browsing or sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not use this website to make solely automated decisions with legal effects, build advertising profiles or send automatic promotional emails.
Sharing only what is needed
Hosting and technical support may need limited access to keep the service available and investigate errors. A delivery provider needs recipient and address information, not your entire correspondence history. Payment information is handled separately during the actual agreed payment process; checkout does not transmit a card payment to a bank. We do not publish private order records as public pages or disclose them to another shopper.
Making an effective privacy request
Write to [email protected], ideally from the email used for your request. Say whether you need a copy, a correction, deletion or an explanation of use, and include a reference if available. Losing the reference does not by itself prevent a request: we will use proportionate checks. We do not require a passport by default. If a delivery correction is urgent, identify it as an order change as well as a privacy correction.
Deletion is not cancellation
Clearing browser storage removes local preferences or a cart session, not the private record already saved on the server. Equally, asking to delete an order record is not a safe substitute for clearly requesting cancellation of a dispatch. Necessary tax, accounting or live-dispute records may have to remain for their limited purpose; we explain any exception instead of promising that every record can always be erased.
Children, safety and changes
Purchasing and request handling are intended to be carried out by an adult. Please do not submit a child’s contact details or sensitive information in notes. No internet service can promise absolute security; contact us if you believe someone has used your reference without permission. We update this notice when processing changes, but a new notice does not itself authorise an unrelated advertising use of information already collected.
