Request, quote and acceptance
Checkout sends an order request, not a binding purchase or immediate payment. We manually check the selection and delivery destination, then send a payment request with the final itemised quote and verified bank-transfer instructions. A contract forms only after you accept that quote and we expressly accept the order. Pay only after that confirmation; payment and dispatch are confirmed manually. No card acquiring, automatic payment or automatic email delivery is provided.
Taxes and the final amount
US sales tax depends on the delivery destination and applicable rules. Before any contract or transfer, we provide a manual final quote identifying tax, shipping and the final amount. The request subtotal is not a tax-inclusive final price; no statewide flat rate or tax exemption is assumed.
Payment safety
